Design Dollies Sketch Challenge

Design Dollies always have an awesome sketch for us to try and here is another sketch challenge for me to try on:

and my interpretation:

This time there is a mixture of patterned paper and fabrics, you can see I am using fabric in this layout. I only use one small piece - the red colour with small white boxes and blue flowers.
